Online Consultation - Initial
Price: $120 (50-60mins)
During the initial consultation, I conduct a thorough assessment of all aspects of your lifestyle. This includes assessing your current health status, your medical history, blood test results, any symptoms you’re experiencing, medications and supplements, lifestyle behaviours, and of course what you eat! Targeted nutrition education is then provided based on your personal situation, as well as individualised dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations. This process is all collaborative, where you and I come up with a plan moving forward and work together to set some nutrition and behaviour related goals. At the end of the session, you will receive a personalised email with a summary of my recommendations, the goals we decided on, and any relevant resources.
Put simply, at the end of an initial consultation, you will:
Know exactly where your stand from a nutrition perspective, and what foods or food groups you may need to increase or decrease in your diet to improve your diet quality.
Receive personalised recommendations based on your current medical, dietary and lifestyle factors.
If required, recommendations for specific dietary supplements and their dosages will be provided.
Gain clarity around your current health or nutrition concern, and feel confident, empowered and supported moving forward.
*Limited in-clinic consultations available on request, based in Gymea Bay, NSW.
Online Consultation- Review
Price: $70 (20-30mins)
During a review consultation, we check in! You let me know how you have been tracking, the progress being made, and whether any barriers have arisen when you have gone to make changes. We celebrate your wins, troubleshoot any obstacles, and re-assess if the goals we set at the initial consultation need adjusting. Depending on your personal needs, additional education and resources may be provided.
*Limited in-clinic consultations available on request, based in Gymea Bay, NSW.
Email Consultation
Price: $50/week
Face to face consults aren’t for everyone, which is why I also consult over email! Email consultation allow for a more flexible form of nutrition coaching, while still providing the nutrition and behaviour change support you need. In a nutshell, think of me as your dietitian pen-pal!
Email consultations follow a similar process to the initial and review online consultations described above, but take a more informal approach. They are great for keeping yourself accountable, and give you the opportunity to ask questions and receive support from me at times when it is most important.
